By accessing or using artemisabeach.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About this Site.

This Site is published by Artemisa Beach Residence, located at Cerrada Bravo No. 8, Mazatlán, Sinaloa 82146, Mexico. The Site is provided as a source of information about a residential real-estate project; it is not, in itself, an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any residence in any jurisdiction in which such an offer or solicitation would be unlawful.

3. Informational nature of the content.

All information on the Site — including renderings, photography, floor plans, descriptions, dimensions, amenity lists, finishes, pricing references and timing — is provided for general informational purposes. Final specifications are governed exclusively by the executed purchase and trust documentation. Renderings and photographs are illustrative and may include design intent that differs from final delivered product. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify the project, specifications, materials, layouts, amenities and timing without prior notice.

4. No professional advice.

Nothing on this Site is intended as legal, tax, financial, immigration or investment advice. Any decision to purchase real estate in Mexico should be made only after consultation with your own qualified legal, tax and financial advisors.

5. Intellectual property.

All content on this Site — including text, images, renderings, video, graphics, logos and the overall design — is the property of Artemisa Beach Residence or its licensors and is protected by Mexican and international copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, modification, publication, framing or sale, is prohibited without our prior written consent.

6. Permitted use.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit the use of the Site by any third party. You specifically agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its underlying systems
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, harvesters) to access or copy content from the Site
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through any form on the Site
• Use the Site to transmit any virus, malware or other harmful code
