The One-Bedroom Loft.

A double-height sanctuary written in oak, linen and white plaster. The full-height glass façade dissolves the line between interior and shoreline — at high tide, the ocean is the only horizon the room admits. Designed for a single resident, a couple, or a writer who came to Mazatlán for a season and decided to stay.

The Two-Bedroom Condominium.

The heart of the Artemisa collection. Open living, dining and kitchen unfold along an uninterrupted 9-meter glass wall facing west — the same wall that becomes, every evening, a private theatre of Pacific sunset. Two ensuite bedrooms, one principal and one guest, are placed for privacy and acoustic separation. A 22-square-meter terrace extends the home to the sea.
